The test request is made to the Sample Reception Unit (NKB) by the customer/customer representative in person or via cargo.

Test samples are received by NKB by filling in the Sample Acceptance and Return Form together with the Analysis Request Form.

Analysis requests with an appointment can be made by sending the Analysis Request Form to NKB by e-mail.

Customers can request a preliminary meeting via e-mail and/or the NKB.

Due to the characteristics of the biological test samples (potential dangers to human health such as biodegradation, evaporation, bioaccumulation, etc.) in the test requests, a preliminary interview is required. Within the scope of this preliminary meeting, the customer is informed about the analysis-related issues (sample requirements, theoretical knowledge, analysis method, etc.).

In research analysis, customers should make a preliminary meeting request before submitting their analysis request to NKB, since the analysis process needs to be planned and method developed.
