Electrical and Magnetic Properties Measurement System
A closed-loop He system is used to reach temperatures as low as 2 Kelvin. It is possible to perform electrical and magnetic characterization with the system, which has a superconducting magnet that can reach 5 Tesla. Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and electrical measuring probes allow measurements of magnetic hysteresis, AC susceptibility, resistance and Hall effect.
