The Refrigerated Microtome Device is a device that enables micron-thick sections to be taken from the sample placed on the disc with the help of a knife. By turning the handwheel outside the device, the blade inside the device approaches the sample and micron-thick sections are taken from the sample.
The device includes a UV disinfection system. It is used to take frozen sections for biological, medical and industrial applications.

Sample Requirements
Sections of 1-600 µm for research applications and 10-40 µm for clinical applications can be taken.
