The DYNO -MILL Type MULTI LAB is a cell shredder with a horizontal grinding chamber. The horizontal crushing chamber is used for fine wet grinding of semi-liquid liquids with a high density and pumpable products.
Production varies between 5-40 kg/h, depending on the product and the fineness required. The energy required for grinding and flow is transmitted to the grinding beads via easily replaceable discs mounted on the shredder shaft. During the shredding process, the material to be milled is fed continuously by a product pump.

- Maximum working pressure and shredding chamber temperature: 1 bar, 85 ºC
- Nominal capacity of product pump: 0.12 kW
- The stainless steel shredding chamber is surrounded by a cooling jacket. If the molecules are sensitive to heat, cold water circulation is applied. The device is not suitable for operations with small volumes due to its continuous operation. Uses glass balls as fragmentation sphere.

Cells or tissues should be suspended in a pumpable water solution. The minimum sample volume should be several liters.
