This vertical plate gel unit is designed for commonly used protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis under degraded and intact conditions. Heat exchangers allow to control the buffer temperature in the lower chamber.

Applications

It can be used for processes such as protein separation, nucleic acid fractionation, and second dimension separation of two-dimensional protein electrophoresis.
