The Thermo Scientific 371 Forma Steri-Cycle Oven uses multi-sensor technology to achieve in vivo conditions in vitro. The HEPA air filtration system continuously filters the entire internal volume every 60 seconds, reducing particles up to Class 100 cleanroom level to maintain sterile cell culture media. Unlike ultraviolet light or manual disinfection, the sterilization cycle (heating, sterilization, and cooling) performed at 140°C easily and reliably removes all forms of microbial contamination. It is suitable for all sensitive incubation applications and optimum cell culture.
