Instrument: Perkin Elmer Pyris STA 600 Thermogravimetric Analysis & Spectrum 1 FT-IR Spectrometer Device (TGFT)

During the thermogravimetry analysis, the gases emitted are directed to the FTIR device using the transfer line, and the emitted gases are determined from the FTIR spectra.

Specifications

  • Temperature Range: Room temperature - 950 ºC
  • Resolution: 1µg
  • Atmosphere: Nitrogen, Air

Sample Requirements

  • Solid materials (preferably in powder form).
  • Sample weight: Approx. 15 mg
