Instrument: Setaram Labsys Thermogravimetry Analysis and Differential Thermal Analysis System (TG/DT)

TGA/DTA is a simultaneous technique. The weight change of the sample and the temperature difference between it and the reference are measured using a controlled temperature program.

Specifications

  • Temperature range: 25 ºC - 1200 ºC
  • Weight accuracy: 0.4 µg
  • Measuring range: ±200 mg
  • Tracking rate: 0.01 - 50 ºC / min.

Sample Requirements

  • Solid materials (preferably in powder form).
  • Sample weight: approx. 100mg
  • Sample size: diameter:4 mm; height: not more than 4mm.
