Hybridization Oven

The hybridization oven is used in Southern/Northern hybridization and DNA Fingerprinting studies. The system can be used with membranes and probes ready for hybridization.
The oven provides full temperature control with a PRT sensor and an electronic temperature control unit with digital display. The air circulation fan and the powerful isolation unit ensure the rapid rise and distribution of the temperature. There is also a safety thermostat. The furnace includes a circular and a platform shaker for mixing purposes. Samples should be provided in a plastic box ready for hybridization.

Sample Requirements
