Nano-Mechanical Test Laboratory (NMTL)

Nano and Micro hardness device is used to determine the mechanical properties (Hardness, Elastic Modulus) of different materials (metal, ceramic, plastic, hard, soft, ..) and thin films formed from these materials.
In the Nano and Micro Mechanical Test laboratory, there are Nano and Micro indentation devices, Micro scratch test device, Atomic Force Microscope, and Optical Microscope devices. |
