The impedance analyzer is used for precise impedance measurement and analysis of electronic components and circuits.

Instrument: AGILENT 4294A

Specifications

  • Frequency measurement range: 40Hz - 110MHz, 1mHz resolution
  • Basic impedance accuracy: ±0.08%
  • Impedance measurement range: 1 mΩ to 500 MΩ
  • Impedance parameters: |Z|,|Y|,Θ , R, X, G, B, L, C, D, Q
  • DC measurement level range: 0V - ±40V or 0mA - ±100mA
  • OSC level: 5mV - 1Vms or 200µA - 20mAms
  • Function: Equivalent circuit analysis function

Sample Requirements

Samples must have suitable electrical contacts.
